5 Years of Moderation & Community Building
I started moderating Minecraft servers at 14 years old. Over the past five years, I've spent tons of time learning how communities work from the staff side to player concerns, keeping chat non sus, and working side-by-side with server owners.
Good community management isn't about roleplaying police. It's about being fair, listening to players, understanding both sides, and creating a fun place where players feel welcome.
Through my work across MelonSMP, Hyrise, and FreshSMP, I've learned that moderation and dependable staff are what turn a casual player base into a lasting community.
